Under Barry Lefkowitz’s leadership, MGR2 has been responsible for over 400 bills being signed into law at the state, federal and international levels, including the “Trademark Counterfeiting Act”, “NAFTA Treaty I”, Clean Communities Act” and “The Real Interstate Drivers Act (RIDE).” He has provided expert testimony before Congress on national issues, like the Targeted Job Tax Credit, Mandatory Health Coverage, Consumer Fraud, Antitrust Exemptions for Insurance Industry and changing criteria for SBA funding.
Barry Lefkowitz has appeared as a guest on CNN, NBC, Dateline, MTV, etc, to represent client interests. Additionally, he has trained state and local political candidates in handling media relations.
Barry has authored many books, including “Lobbying and Influence: a Legislative Reference”. Barry has also published numerous magazine and newspaper articles in the fields of politics, government and law-related education. He is a former TV Host and part-time newscaster and Editorial Columnist.

With over 20 years of executive management with two State Chambers of Commerce, Carol has worked with five Government Administrations and hundreds of legislators and elected officials.
She has counseled thousands of businesses on attracting new clients, mitigating their risks, and maximizing their growth potential. Areas of mitigation include: Human Resources, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Disaster Planning and Security.
She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Cybersecurity Legal Task Force and her cyber security clients include a number of Small Business Development Centers, and top universities in New Jersey. She currently serves on the Board of the G.I. Go Fund, which assists veterans, active-duty personnel, their family members, veteran supporters, and all members of the military community with finding employment, connecting to their benefits, and accessing housing opportunities.
She has received numerous awards for her work as a Domestic Violence Crisis Counselor and also for her work with the Juvenile Conference Committee. She is a Paralegal and is licensed in both Life and Health Insurance.

Luanne Wood, RHIT, CALA, CDP, Health Information Management Specialist, has been consulting in over 80 post-acute centers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Tennessee since 1979. Her expertise in regulatory documentation compliance, professional practices, E.H.R. transition and litigious charting has gained her an outstanding reputation in the post-acute care arena. She also has had two decades of experience conducting medical reviews for the Peer Review Organization of New Jersey and Healthcare Quality Strategies, Inc.
After receiving her degree in Health Information Management; she received her Credentials from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Chicago, Illinois. She also has her certification from the New Jersey Department of Health as an Assisted Living Administrator. Most recently, she became certified as a Certified Dementia Practitioner by The National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
In 2011, she completed training from AHIMA in Chicago, Illinois, as an ICD-10 Trainer/Ambassador. For the past several years, she has been actively conducting ICD-10 seminars, focusing exclusively on the post-acute care setting. She is also a lecturer throughout the state, presenting topics in HIPAA and Legalities of Nursing Documentation in the Post-Acute Care Setting.
Ms. Wood is one of the founding partners and developers of MyAdultDayCare, an E.H.R. dedicated to Medical Adult Day Services.
She is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, New Jersey Health Information Management Association and actively serves on the New Jersey Health Information Management Long Term Care Committee. Civically, she is the Director (and founding member) of the Dream Factory of the Jersey Shore, a non- profit charity that grants dreams to critically and chronically ill children in four New Jersey counties.
